Our main office, which is our central point of operation, is in Tema.

Dr. Prince Akowuah Aning

Managing Director

Dr Akowuah Aning serves as the manager director of Africhem Logistics and is responsible for the overall running and performance of the business. Dr Akowuah Aning is responsible for ensuring that the team meets its performance targets and ensure that the company’s triple bottom line objective is being met. He is a business lecturer and entrepreneur and having lived and work in Ghana and Europe, he brings international business expertise and a network to the operations of Africhem Logistics. Dr Akowuah Aning holds a PhD and Master’s in Business Management coupled with years of working as a consultant, business lecturer and entrepreneur.

Christian Osei Owusu

Operations and Logistics Manager

Christian is the head of operations and logistics and his role includes supervising all the field operations (both full time and causal staff) and coordinate logistics. Christian has over 12 years working experience in Shipping and Logistics Management from working with various companies such as AngloGold Ashanti Mines (Shipping department) and countless other businessmen and women. Christian has attended several seminars and workshops on the shipping industry and has certificates and qualifications in clearing and freight forwarding, international trade and transport, and logistics and transport management.

William Yaw Asante

Accountant

William Asante, also a former staff of AngloGold Ashanti Mines functions as the accountant for Africhem Logistics. William has worked as accountant in AngloGold Ashanti Mines finance department as well as with other freight forwarders where he helped to implement and streamline accounting systems for business. William brings over 10 years of experience in the shipping industry where he has worked with different firms in various accounting roles. William is in charge of all bookkeeping and financial recording of the business. He liaises with the Internal Audit and Financial Reporting team to ensure proper financial reporting is done for both internal and external stakeholders.

Admin & Business Development Officer

Dedicated Admin & Business Development Officer at a leading logistics company, driving operational excellence and fostering growth. Leveraging a strong blend of strategic thinking and meticulous organizational skills to optimize processes and cultivate valuable partnerships. Committed to delivering top-tier solutions that propel the company’s success in the dynamic world of logistics.

Sheila Awurama Baido

Secretary and Administrator

Sheila is the administrator and secretary, and she plays a vital role in documentation, processing and all filing that needs to be done. She has experience with port systems and operations from her exposure and experience working in similar roles for difference firms over her 5-7 years of working in the industry. Sheila is the first point of contact for clients and potential clients and her warm reception has been repeated applauded by all who have interacted with us.
